Physical medicine and rehabilitation

Dr. Krulicki (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/PMR) will be accepting referrals for Regional Musculoskeletal/Pain issues as well as Electrodiagnostic Medicine, including Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) and Electromyography (EMG) at Trucare Specialty Clinic.

Consultation services include:

Myofascial Pain Syndrome/Regional MSK Pain
- Segmental Neuromyotherapy/SNMT (trigger point injections with paraspinal
  blocks)
- Joint injections (ultrasonography available soon)
Electrodiagnostic Medicine (NCS & EMG)
- Mononeuropathy:
  - Median Neuropathy (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome)
  - Ulnar Neuropathy (Cubital Tunnel Syndrome)
  - Radial Neuropathy
  - Peroneal Neuropathy
  - Tibial Neuropathy (Tarsal Tunnel)
- Radiculopathy, Plexopathy, Polyneuropathy or Myopathy
